You can install the requirements in this virtual environment in a couple of ways: python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt # or make install # or for development make install-dev make will call pip-sync which will use the requirements.txt file to install requirements. To regenerate that file, use pip-compile requirements.in
